[4] Data destruction is irreversible: The one-click destruction function permanently wipes all data through both software erase and hardware chip destruction. This process cannot be undone. Information, post-destruction, cannot be restored through any type of data recovery software or services.
[5] Safety mechanism and activation: To prevent accidental destruction, the device is equipped with a two-stage safety switch. You must first push the switch to the first stage (which will expose a red warning sign), then push the switch to the second stage to activate the destruction process.
[6] Confirm before activation: Before initiating destruction, make sure all data stored on the device has been backed up or is no longer needed. TEAMGROUP is not responsible for any data loss resulting from the use of this feature.
[7] Forced disconnection: Once activated, the destruction process will continue even if the USB-C connection is terminated. The internal circuit will continue to fulfill the destruction task even with a forced disconnection to turn off power.
[8] Post-destruction: After the destruction function is activated, the product will be permanently damaged and can no longer be used as a storage device.

【1】 General Use and Performance
- Ports & Cables: To achieve optimum transfer speeds of 1,000MB/s, connect the product to a USB-C port that supports USB 3.2 Gen2 (or higher) and use the TEAMGROUP-provided USB-C to C cable or another high-quality cable.
- Safe Removal: Do not disconnect the device during data transfers. After transfers are complete, always use the operating system’s “Safely Remove Hardware” or “Eject” function before unplugging to prevent data corruption.
- Formatting: When using for the first time, formatting may be required depending on your operating system (Windows / macOS). TEAMGROUP recommends exFAT for cross-platform compatibility.
【2】 Product Storage & Maintenance
- Storage Conditions: Avoid subjecting the product to strong impact, drops, or pressure. Store in a dry, room-temperature environment away from heat, humidity, magnets, and static electricity.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior. Do not use any chemicals or liquids.
【3】 Warranty
- Coverage: This product comes with a limited one-year warranty covering hardware failures under normal use. Warranty does not cover any data stored inside the device. Please make sure to back up any important data regularly.
- Termination of Warranty: Once the one-click destruction function has been initiated, warranty services associated with the product are immediately terminated, regardless of whether the product is still within the one-year warranty period.
