Con el fin de permitir que los recién llegados se integren rápidamente al equipo de organización de Team Group, la empresa planificó un plan de capacitación personal para los recién llegados antes de presentarse al trabajo, lo que les permite a los nuevos colegas estar familiarizados con la estructura organizacional de la empresa, la cultura empresarial, la política de gestión, los procedimientos de operación interna y los conocimientos y las habilidades básicos necesarios para el puesto.
